Lyzi takes the leap into in-store cryptocurrency payment
Lyzi is a super-app designed to make the use of crypto-assets more accessible in everyday life. Launched in June 2022 at the Beaugrenelle shopping center, it features a wallet for managing, buying, and selling crypto-assets (offering more than 21 different cryptocurrencies, including bitcoin, ethereum, etc.) as well as a cryptocurrency payment feature.

The process is very simple. The customer selects their preferred cryptocurrency from their wallet, then enters the amount in euros to be paid. A QR code is automatically generated, which the merchant scans to validate the transaction. The customer is debited in cryptocurrency, while the merchant receives the payment in euros.
Lyzi primarily targets independent retailers, merchants, brands, and franchise networks.

Global POS, pioneer in new payment methods
With its past experience in implementing cryptocurrency payment projects, Global POS has positioned itself as an industry pioneer. To further this vision, the company naturally partnered with Lyzi to popularize cryptocurrency payments among brands using the Easy2Play solution.
Easy2Play, developed by Global POS, allows businesses to digitize prepaid vouchers such as gift cards, holiday vouchers, meal tickets, etc. The solution also supports the implementation of omnichannel gift card programs, including international usage, while enabling the acceptance of new payment methods.
Thanks to an API developed jointly by Lyzi and Easy2Play, this technological and commercial partnership will allow the 27,000 retail locations using Easy2Play to quickly activate cryptocurrency payments in their physical stores—should they choose to do so.
