A customized single-brand gift card
Part of the Fnac-Darty group since 2019, Nature & Découvertes inspires people of all generations to explore and engage for a better world.
In 2013, Nature & Découvertes launched a more advanced gift card program, moving away from traditional paper-based “gift vouchers,” which had already shown their limitations.
The transition happened gradually. First, the physical gift card was introduced in stores. A year later, it became available online.
In September 2021, in response to the pandemic, Nature & Découvertes launched the e-gift card. This move made the program fully omnichannel, leading to impressive growth. The number of gift card orders tripled, and by the end of 2021, e-gift card orders equaled in-store gift card sales, with a 30% higher average order value online.
