A single-channel program incompatible with market standards
The gift card arrived at Petit Bateau in 2012. It was only issued and used in the brand’s stores. Due to its success, customers wanted an evolution to use it on the brand’s e-commerce site.
Petit Bateau needed to implement an omnichannel purchasing journey to meet market standards and retain and acquire new customers who had been previously hindered by this single-channel approach.
