After sending the Remittance Certificate for Liquidation (CRL) from the issuer, and depending on the delay configured in Easy2Play, an email containing a secure link to Easy2Play is sent to the store.
Once logged into Easy2Play, the store can view all archived vouchers and then proceed with their virtual destruction. This action must be accompanied by the physical destruction of the envelope containing the vouchers. For full transparency, a destruction report of the gift vouchers, signed by the store, can be generated and sent to headquarters.
